We Arrange Access
Our team will contact the agent, vendor, or site supervisor to arrange property access on your behalf. You don't need to do a thing.
Inspector Visits the Property
A qualified building inspector will attend the property and conduct a thorough visual assessment in accordance with Australian Standards.
Report Delivered Within 24 Hours
Your detailed digital report with photos will be emailed as a PDF — usually same day, always within 24 hours of inspection.
