"We have a lot of plants growing around our pool both inside and outside the pool fence. To effectively prepare for the pool fence inspection I wanted further information on what would be acceptable. I was put in contact with River, one of the building inspectors and he clearly explained the action I needed to take. The inspection went well and I just needed to trim a couple of small plants a bit more while River was finalising his inspection. River arrived on time and his approach was very professional."
